Maggie Yue
Maggie Yue has had an interest in music since an early age, starting to learn the piano at five and continuing until she started her university studies.
Her tertiary studies began in New Zealand in 2004 at the University of Waikato, Hamilton. Here she completed her Bachelor of Music with First Class Honors (2009) under the guidance of Associate Professor Ian Whalley and Senior lecturer Michael Williams. Maggie’s main stream throughout the degree was composition, both in the acoustic and electroacoustic mediums. She is soon to complete her Masters of Music in composition at the University of Waikato.
